What is your familiarity with Custodial Accounts?
Financial assets belonging to a beneficiary, often a minor kid, are held and managed by a custodian in a custodial account. Whenever the recipient reaches a specified age, the funds will be transferred to them, but until then, the custodian will handle all investment choices and account management. Cash, securities, and even real estate are just some assets that can be held in a custodial account.
